By accessing and using Rush Model services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Rush Model provides AI-powered creative tools including video generation, illustration, visual novel creation, and related services. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription or credit purchase.

3. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription plans are billed monthly. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience issues with our service, please contact support. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions are not refundable.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rush Model shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
